RATE PER ROOM PER NIGHT , BASED IN DOUBLE OCCUPANCY. TAXES AND BREAKFAST ARE INCLUDED ON THE RATE.
The hotel required the 100% of the full amount 20 days prior your arrival
The hotel does not have extra beds
During Christmas season (December 20th - January 6th ), a minimum stay of 6 nights is required.
During Easter season (April 12th - April 28th ), a minimum stay of 4 nights is required.
The rest of the year we required 3 nights of minimum stay
Minors are NOT allowed to stay in a room without an adult present.
The hotel does not accept any pets.
Upon confirmation of the reservation, the guest is acknowledging that they have read and accepted Hotel Casa las Tortugas cancellation policy.
Reservation should be cancelled or modified 20 days prior to the arrival date to avoid a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the reservation.
The Hotel requires a period of 60 days after your cancelation in order to complete the refund.
No shows will be charged the full cost of the stay.
In extreme cases of natural disaster, such as hurricanes, floods, tsunamis or earthquakes, we will refund the deposit.
Refunds will be subject to a 50 US dollar administration fee.
