As we stay hopeful in these unprecedented times of change and transitions, we are looking ahead to the times when we meet again.
Our aim is to resume operations as quickly and as safe as possible for our staff, guests and community. We are implementing strict safety precautions to guarantee the health and well-being of our guests.
It is for this reason that we kindly ask you to be thoughtful and respectful toward our believes and our hygiene protocols. Please consider that our team like you could be exposed to the possibility of the infection. We are working hard in order to make our property the safest place for you, but we have to do this together. We believe that your seed of consciousness is as important as ours. We ask you to avoid visiting us if you are with any symptoms of flu or you think you can have been exposed to the virus and risk our families. Cleanliness and Hygiene
Pre-Check In
Prior to guest check-in, rooms are thoroughly cleaned, and every surface and object, wiped down both with commercial sanitizers.
Rooms are sensitized with ozone after every check-out and before every check-in
Curtains are steamed with a steam cleaner. Air conditioning filters are cleaned prior to each check in.
All linens are professionally cleaned prior to each check in, and changed every other day, or daily, on request.
We utilize UV rays and ozone to cleanse pillows and duvet inserts, as well as steam cleaning, before every new check in.
Mattresses are professionally sanitized monthly, and steam cleaned after and before each use.
During Your Stay
Guest rooms are cleaned thoroughly daily, with housekeeping & maintenance teams wearing masks and gloves when entering rooms.
Turndown service is offered on request to minimize contact.
Hand sanitizers and sanitizing sprays are provided in the room for guests to use should they need to wipe down yoga mats or other personal belongings.
Room service can be provided and left at your door, with delivery notification via Whatsapp.
Back of the House
Before any employee access the hotel installations they will be screened with professional no contact Thermometers and Oximeters
During their shifts our team is working with the highest protocols of hygiene with special emphasis on the the COVID protocols
Uniforms will be cleaned and sanitised professionally and daily
We are increasing the frequency of cleaning and focusing on high-touch areas like associate entrances, locker rooms, laundry rooms and staff offices and workshops.
Public spaces
We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in public spaces, with a focus on the counter at the front desk, door handles, public bathrooms and even room keys.
Pool
Water quality is checked 3 times a day to guarantee PH and Chlorine levels within parameters.
Pool beds are laid out to ensure social distancing
Pool beds sanitized after every use.
