FAQ COVID TESTING
1. The possibility to do the COVID 19 test is for guest of the hotel only?
Yes, and the test will be done in your hotel room. During your stay at the hotel.
2. How much cost per person?
NAAT / PCR – 150 Usd
ANTIGEN - 85 Usd
3. For none guest at the hotel are there other ways to get a test?
Your hotel should have information about testing for their guests. Also, you can be tested on the airport before your departure please contact airport authorities.
4. Is possible to take the test in the hotel?
You have the possibility to take it in the hotel room or in the doctor’s office.
5. How long is the time to get the results?
The NAAT / PCR test results can take up to 72 hours and ANTIGEN up to 36 hours.
6. How does the doctor deliver the results and in what language?
Can be delivered directly at the hotel or by email in English or Spanish.
7. Should we make the reservation before our arrival or is our guaranteed?
We do recommend scheduling the appointment before your arrival or during your check-in.
8. Once I take the test, should I be in isolation for 3 days?
Only if you suffer any COVID 19 symptoms.
9. In case I have a positive result, can I extend my stay in CASA LAS TORTUGAS?
If we have availability you can extend your stay with us. In case we don’t have availability we will help you find a place to stay.
10. Should I take the test before entering Mexico or Holbox island?
At this moment, the mexican authorities do not require a test to enter the country.
PREGUNTAS FRECUENTES TEST COVID
1. ¿La posibilidad de realizar la prueba es únicamente para huéspedes?
Efectivamente se da la posibilidad únicamente a los huéspedes del hotel durante su estancia. Dicha prueba se puede realizar dentro de la habitación.
2. ¿Cuál es el precio? Los precios por persona son:
CPR es de 150 USD
ANTIGEN 85 USD
3. ¿Hay otros lugares donde puedo realizarme la prueba?
En Holbox hay otros lugares donde realizar la prueba, pero no contamos con información en cuanto a disponibilidad y precios. Le sugerimos consultar directamente al hotel donde se hospedará.
4. ¿Es posible realizar la prueba en el hotel?
Existe la posibilidad de realizarla en su habitación o bien en el consultorio del Doctor.
5. ¿En cuanto tiempo dan el resultado?
La prueba CPR hasta en 72 horas y la prueba ANTIGEN hasta en 36 horas.
6. ¿Por qué medio son entregados los resultados y en qué idioma?
Se les puede entregar directamente en el hotel o bien vía email en inglés o español.
7. ¿Hay que reservar las pruebas antes de llegar al hotel o ya cuentan con disponibilidad asegurada de las mismas?
Es recomendable reservar antes de su llegada o durante el check-in.
8. ¿En caso de realizar la prueba, debo quedarme 3 días en aislamiento?
Únicamente deberá quedarse en aislamiento en caso de tener síntomas.
9. ¿En caso de que el resultado de la prueba fuera positivo podría quedarme en el hotel?
Si el hotel cuenta con disponibilidad se podría hospedar en el hotel. En caso de no contar con habitaciones disponibles le ayudaríamos en la búsqueda de un lugar.
10. ¿Debo hacerme la prueba antes de ingresar a Mexico o a Isla Holbox?
Por el momento las autoridades de Mexicano NO exigen la prueba para ingresar a nuestro país.
