  • The hotel required the 100% of the full amount 20 days prior your arrival

  • The hotel does not have extra beds

  • During Christmas season (December 20th - January 6th ), a minimum stay of 6 nights is required.

  • During Easter season (April 12th - April 28th ), a minimum stay of 4 nights is required.

  • The rest of the year we required 3 nights of minimum stay

  • Minors are NOT allowed to stay in a room without an adult present.

  • The hotel does not accept any pets.

  • Upon confirmation of the reservation, the guest is acknowledging that they have read and accepted Hotel Casa las Tortugas cancellation policy.

 

Cancellation policy

  • Reservation should be cancelled or modified 20 days prior to the arrival date to avoid a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the reservation.

  • The Hotel requires a period of 60 days after your cancelation in order to complete the refund.

  • No shows will be charged the full cost of the stay.

  • In extreme cases of natural disaster, such as hurricanes, floods, tsunamis or earthquakes, we will refund the deposit.

  • Refunds will be subject to a 50 US dollar administration fee.
