Mandarina
The day begins as our guest walk into Mandarina, greeted by the ocean view, the smell of freshly baked bread and a smile from our staff. Every day, Mandarina, seafront restaurant, offers Casa las Tortugas guests a different menu. Coffee, bread and fruit with homemade marmalades and granola, freshly squeeze juice and, every day, a different option, form eggs to enchiladas.
A collaboration between Francesca and Argentine Chef Jorge Melul, Mandarina, fuses Mediterranean, South American and Caribbean flavors, consuming ingredients that are local and homemade. The freshly baked bread and the catch of the day are unmissable experiences that attract tourist and locals. In this relaxed space you can enjoy the view, the food, and, on Thursdays, the live music.
At night, Mandarina changes its ambiance, by adding soft-lighting and table cloths, to create the perfect romantic atmosphere. Don’t forget to ask for the wine list, and if you need recommendations, don’t hesitate to ask your waiter!
