Right above Mandarina, on its beautiful terrace overlooking the ocean, the hotel offers a third gastronomic option: Japanese bar AMA.
Known for about 2,000 years, the Ama are Japanese divers known for underwater fishing and pearl collecting. The sushi bar concept takes traditional Japanese elements, including the history of the Ama, the beach and the ocean, and modifies them into something more contemporary.
What is a good sushi experience all about? The fish—the fresher the better! Secondly, a little creativity can go a long way... AMA takes freshness and creativity to delicious new levels: your taste buds will be mesmerized by local seafood and fish, as well as fusion cocktails based on Mexican and oriental ingredients.

All three restaurants make a conscious effort to reduce the environmental footprint. In addition to using local ingredients, drinks are not served from cans or plastic bottles. Our suppliers collect their glass containers to make sure not to generate any garbage.
